• To proceed donation receipts/mailing/electronic direct marketing/SMS, we pass personal details to printing companies and fulfillment houses (printed matters/emails and fundraising appeals) to communicate with our supporters.
• To conduct fundraising activities/tour visit/gift redemption/donor surveys.
• To conduct statistical, demographic, marketing analysis, prospect research and profiling and online data enrichment.
• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements, court orders, request from regulatory authorities or government bodies.

In these situations we ensure we send data securely and have signed agreements that cover the third parties’ data protection responsibilities. As part of the agreements we request that the service providers delete all supporter information once the job/campaign/analysis has taken place.

We will never share or sell your data to a third party organisation for them to contact you for their marketing purposes.
