• If the order is returned to Orbis Macau by fax, mail or e-mail, Orbis staff will call or confirm the order via SMS before the order is successfully placed.

• No refund, changes or cancellation can be made after the payment transfer is completed.
• Please approach Orbis Macau office for item pick up on or before January 23, 2020.
• No donation receipt will be issued unless it is of extra donation.
• All proceeds after costs will be fully donated to Orbis.
