• If the order is returned to Orbis Macau by fax, mail or e-mail, Orbis staff will call or confirm the order via SMS before the order is successfully placed.
• Contact us at 2830 0787 If you have not received confirmation after 7 days of submission.
• Bank transfer should only be done after confirmation from Orbis Macau is received.
• No refund, changes or cancellation can be made after the payment transfer is completed.
• Orders will be processed in order according to the date of receipt with payment confirmation during the order period.
• All orders are on a first-come, first-served basis. Order now while stocks last.
• Pictures are for reference only. Actual colour of the items can differ slightly.
• Defective items shall be returned within 7 days upon receive for replacement or refund.
• Items will not be reserved nor refund at or after September 25,2020.
• No plastic bags will be provided.
• All proceeds after costs will be fully donated to Orbis.

Local Delivery Services

• Please provide Address and Working Hours of Offices.
• Delivery not available for home addresses.
• Delivery will be done by volunteers or couriers.
• No reservation will be available for all deliveries.
• Items are required to pick up at Orbis Macau office for unsuccessful deliveries. Paid delivery fees will not be refunded.
• No extra fee will be charged upon delivery
