Terms & Conditions

• All orders are on a first-come, first-served basis. Order now while stocks last.
• For orders made by fax, e-mail or mail, Orbis staff will confirm the successful order placement by phone or via SMS.
• Should you have not received an order confirmation from Orbis 7-day after you have sent it out, kindly contact Orbis Macau on 2830 0787.
• Bank transfer should only be made after the receipt of the order confirmation from Orbis.
• Please consider and review transactions carefully. No refund, changes nor cancellation can be made after the payment has been completed.
• Orders will be processed in the sequence of which they are received, and finalized upon receipt of payment confirmation.
• Pictures are for reference only. Actual color of the items can differ slightly.
• Although very unlikely, should you encounter any quality issue with an item, please return it to Orbis Macau in its original packaging within 7 days after receipt, for replacement or refund arrangement.
• Items will only be kept until September 21, 2021, and need to be picked up from Orbis on or before the day.
• A complimentary delivery can be arranged for orders valued at MOP3,000 or above. Alternatively a delivery can be made at an additional charge of MOP200.
• No bags will be provided for either self pick-up or delivery.
• All nett proceeds will go towards supporting Orbis sight-saving mission.

Local Delivery Services

• Delivery Period： August 30, 2021- September 10, 2021
• Delivery is kindly supported by the volunteers of Orbis, and can only be made to an Office address.
• Please provide an office address, its working hours, a contact person and his/her contact information for delivery; noting delivery cannot be made to a Postal Box.
• For orders requiring delivery, kindly note that one delivery arrangement is made per order and to avoid unsuccessful delivery, please make sure the correct delivery information has been provided and ensure someone will be available to receive your order.
• For unsuccessful deliveries, items will need to be picked up directly from Orbis Macau before September 21; furthermore, in such cases, should this have been a paid delivery service, refund will not be available.
• There is no extra fee required from the recipient at delivery.

Pick-up Guidelines

• Pick-up date: September 5, 21 (Sunday) or September 14, 2021 (Tuesday).
• A SMS reminder with the designated pick-up date will be sent to each donor.
• When picking up your purchase at Orbis Macau, please provide the full name and telephone number on the order confirmation.
• Please bring your own shopping bag/s.
