The Orbis Raffle Charity Sale is one of Orbis Macau's key annual campaigns with the specific objective to raise vital funds for the global pediatric sight saving programs and sustainable trainings to ensure visually impaired children living in different developing countries will have access to quality eye care to safeguard their long-term eye health so that they can have the best opportunities to excel in life!

Orbis Raffle Tickets are available in printed and electronic versions. With the sale of each MOP10 raffle ticket, after deducting cost, more than MOP9 will go directly to support Orbis’ pediatric sight-saving programs worldwide.

Lucky Draw:

On Wednesday, July 4 the Lucky Draw of the Orbis Raffle 2024 will be held at the Office of Orbis Macau. 96 lucky winners and 24 backup winners* will be drawn out.

*Backup winners are required to register with Orbis Macau by Wednesday, August 16.

Lucky Draw's Results:

Lucky Draw's results will be published on Monday, July 8 in the Macao Daily News and Orbis Macau's website at www.orbis.org/moraffle, and on our social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WeChat).

Prize redemption:

• Prizes are to be collected on or before Friday, August 18, and will be forfeited if not collected by then; those prizes will then be available for registered backup winners to collect until Friday, September 30.
• Redemption of prizes will be during office hours at the Office of Orbis Macau, located at Rua de S. Domingos No. 16 F-L, Centro Com Hin Lei 2/F, Room 32, Macau.
• Winners are required to present their original Orbis Raffle 2024 ticket(s) or Orbis’ official email with the system-generated raffle ticket number(s) together with a form of identification for the redemption of prizes.
• All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Terms and Conditions of prizes are according to that set by respective sponsors.
• In case of any disputes, the decision of Orbis shall be final and conclusive.

1. For e-raffle tickets, once the purchase has been successfully processed, an email will be sent to the donor to confirm the order, along with the number(s) of the e-raffle ticket(s) purchased. Please keep the email with the numbers of the e-raffle ticket(s) for your record; noting no printed raffle tickets will be sent.
2. No refund, changes nor cancellation can be made after the payment has been completed.
3. The Lucky Draw will take place at the Office of Orbis Macau on Wednesday, July 4. Results will be announced in the Macao Daily News and Orbis Macau website at www.orbis.org/moraffle on Monday, July 8.
4. Backup winners are required to register with Orbis Macau on or before Tuesday, August 16 by calling+853 2830 0787 during office hours.
5. For the redemption of prizes, please bring the original winning printed raffle ticket or the purchase confirmation email with the number of the winning e-Raffle Ticket, together with a form of valid identification to the Office of Orbis Macau during office hours.
6. All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Terms and Conditions of prizes are according to that set by respective sponsors.
8. In case of any disputes, the decision of Orbis Macau shall be final and conclusive.
