How to Purchase
Terms & Conditions
- Sales period: While stock lasts
- All orders are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- For orders made by fax, e-mail or mail, Orbis staff will confirm the successful order placement by phone, SMS or email.
- Should you have not received an order confirmation 7-day after you have sent it out to Orbis, kindly contact Orbis Macau on 2830 0787.
- Bank transfer should only be made after you have received the order confirmation from Orbis.
- Please consider and review transactions carefully. No refund, changes nor cancellation can be made after the payment has been completed.
- Orders will be processed in the sequence of which they are received and finalized upon receipt of payment confirmation.
- Due to limited stock, all orders are on a "first-come, first-served basis", and will be replaced with other tea collections if the designated tea set were sold out.
- Pictures are for reference only. Actual color of the items may differ slightly.
- Although very unlikely, should you encounter any quality issue with an item, please contact Orbis Macau and return the item in its original packaging within 7 days after receipt, for replacement or refund arrangement.
- Being perishables, Orbis Macau can only keep the purchased items until September 29, 2023, please arrange for them to be picked up on or before this date.
- A complimentary delivery can be arranged for orders of MOP3,000 or above. Alternatively a delivery can be made at an additional charge of MOP300.
- Please bring your own bags at pick-up.
- All nett proceeds will support Orbis sight-saving mission.
Local Delivery Services
- Delivery Period：Starting from September 4, 2023
- Delivery is kindly supported by the Volunteers of Orbis Macau, and can only be made to an Office address.
- Please provide an office address, its working hours, a contact person and his/her contact information for delivery; noting delivery cannot be made to a Postal Box.
- For orders requiring delivery, kindly note that one delivery arrangement is made per order and to avoid unsuccessful delivery, please make sure the correct delivery information has been provided and ensure someone will be available to receive your order.
- For unsuccessful deliveries, items will need to be picked up directly from Orbis Macau before September 21; furthermore, in such cases, should this have been a paid delivery service, refund will not be available.
- No further payment is required from the recipient at delivery.

- When picking up your purchase at Orbis Macau, please provide the full name and telephone number on the order confirmation.
- Please bring your own shopping bag/s.
