ORGANIZATION DONATION

To encourage participation and further promote this meaningful campaign, there’ll be a special Action for Sight 2021 pin for staff and colleagues who are donating MOP100 or over will receive a limited Action for Sight pin (2 unique designs available; pin is picked out randomly)! Act now while stocks last. Your support is a gift of hope, vision, and love to the many visually impaired in need!

We also welcome organizations to participate by downloading the Donation Form (Click here to download) and return it by email, facsimile, or post to Orbis Macau before December 9, 2021. Pins will be sent out when the donation has been received. If additional forms are required, feel free to print out more or make photocopies of the original form. Donations can be submitted via Cheque or Bank Deposit.

Cheque: Please make cheque payable to “Orbis Macau" and send to Orbis Macau, P.O. Box 478, Macau.

Bank Deposit: Our bank account numbers are below. Please send us the bank-in slip together with the completed donation form by email to [email protected] or facsimile to +853 2835 6061.

Kindly note that a receipt and related pins can only be sent out upon Orbis receiving the completed form along with the donation record or bank-in-slip; in addition, the Action for Sight pins are available in limited quantities, act fast to not miss out!
